SLEIGHRIDE SCHEDULE 2011 – 2012

CHOOSE FROM ONE OF OUR 3 SLEIGHRIDE PACKAGES BELOW:

PLEASE NOTE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF 10 ADULTS ( $180.00) IS APPLICABLE TO ALL PRIVATE SLEIGHRIDE RESERVATIONS

(WITH EXECEPTION TO DEC.24TH AND DEC. 25TH WHERE MINIMUM CHARGE IS 15 ADULTS)

Option 1. “Sleigh Ride with Party Room ” ( 2 Hours )

Ideal for Holiday Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Family Gatherings, Teams and Co-workers:

30 Minute Horse Drawn Sleigh Ride through woods,

Return to Ranch for Party Room Rental /Bonfire Pit @ Ranch
Party Room offers a rustic atmosphere with picnic tables for seating (seats approx. 40 ppl)

Buffet/Serving tables close to electrical outlets for slow cookers/ heated dishes. (byo food and refreshments)

Bonfire Pit located just outside Party Room ~ we’ll look after the fire and provide roasting sticks (byo wieners and mallows)

Sleigh Ride/Party Room Rates:

Adults: $20.00/Adults

Children: $16.00/child (ages 3 – 12 yrs)
*no charge for children 2 years and younger

Option 2. “1.5 Hour Sleigh Ride”

A Horse drawn Sleigh ride tour through a winter wonderland!

Includes a 40 minute stopover in the woods to cosy up to a Bonfire.

(byo campfire treats!!)

1.5 Hour Sleigh Ride Rates:

Adults: $18.00/adult

Children: $14.00/child (ages 3 – 12 yrs)
*no charge for children 2 years and younger

Option 3. ” 3 Hour Sleigh Ride”

Venture out into the woods for a 3 Hour Sleigh Ride Adventure!

Sleigh Ride includes a 2- Hour stopover in woods.

Bring along your fav campfire snacks and beverages to enjoy around a cosy bonfire.

(this option is best suited for adults looking for a fun evening outing!)

3 Hour Sleigh Ride Rates:

Adults: $23.00/adult

HOLIDAY SPECIALTY SLEIGHRIDES: CHRISTMAS EVE AND NEW YEARS EVE !

1.5 HOUR PRIVATE SLEIGHRIDE WITH 40 MIN. BONFIRE STOP IN THE WOODS:

RATES: $20.00/ADULT $17.00/CHILD (AGES 3 – 12 YRS)

PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM CHARGE OF 15 PEOPLE REQUIRED

FOR THESE SPECIALTY SLEIGHRIDES
ON DEC.24TH AND DEC. 31ST ONLY

Sleigh Ride Minimum Fees:

All sleighrides require a minium payment of 10 (adult) participants in order to reserve an outing.

(for example, a 1.5 hour sleighride reserved with only 8 participants in attendance will require the minimum payment
of 10 adults @ $18.00 ea totalling $180.00 Minimum Fee. Once group exceeds 10 participants, rates are then applicable to above posted adult and child rates.)

Sleighride Participant Maximum Numbers:

Sleighs will hold up to 22 people if group is all adults, and a maximum of 25 participants if group is an adult/child mix.

If your group exceeds 22 – 25 people upon reservation, a 2nd sleigh/team will be made available to accomodate your group at same rates as posted above on the “per person rate”. Sleighs will depart at same time as one another.

Hot Chocolate Service:

WWR can provide an insulated thermos of our delicious creamy hot chocolate served pipin’ hot along with cups and napkins for dispensing around the bonfire for an additional fee of $1.50/person added to admission rate.

BYO Beverages:

Please note that glass containers/bottles are NOT PERMITTED on Sleigh Rides.
Please use aluminum cans/plastics for safety for all

We ask that for the safety of your pet and other visitors to WWR, that you please leave your pet at home ~ thank you.
